611-613 Lyon Street NE was a mixed use building in the Midtown neighborhood of Grand Rapids. It's center groundfloor storefront was a long-running DIY arts center, that was passed down through multiple generations of local arts organizers.

• Private studio of artist Conrad Bakker

2005

• Dynamite Family closes

2006

• Became home of NEST, a project space and shared studio for the G-RAD Community

2009

• NEST closes
• Became headquarters for Punks Before Profits record label

2011

• O'Conners Home Brew Supply shop opens 
• March - building purchased by Martha's Vineyard, a store located in the adjacent West building

2012

• O'Conners Home Brew Supply shop relocates to adjacent East building (also owned by Martha's Vineyard)

2013

• February 26 - Building demolished
