Urban Lights The Urban Lights Event is the Avenue for the Arts Holiday event. Started in 2005 by local shop and business owners the Urban Lights event is now held Annually in early December. It includes show owners, galleries and local artist. The event is intended to primarily be a holiday sale with gift items and artwork on display. Some holiday lights, sculptures adorned with lights or light displays are sprinkled thought the neighborhood giving the event its “Urban Lights” title.
